Reichert's Dairy Air: Quality Artisanal Cheese Made With Our Own Pure Goat's Milk We are Iowa's first licensed "micro-dairy", located in rural Knoxville. Lois milks about 12 Nubian and LaMancha dairy goats, turning this high-quality milk into award-winning farmstead cheese. Cheese is made in small batches by hand on a daily basis. We offer classic and flavored chevre, fresh feta and 2 new European style cheeses added in 2009. The mission of Reichert's Dairy Air is to create premium quality handmade farmstead goat cheese, making it available to consumers in Central Iowa. |
